RE/MAX Heritage of Murrysville has recognized the top sales associates for August. Dennis Ruzicki was first in sales closed and Nanci Jones-Iovino, led in listings closed.
Howard Hanna Real Estate Services reported the top sales and listing agents for July:
Carroll Ferguson, Sewickley, led in sales volume with $2.2 million, followed by Mariel McBride, West Suburban, Deborah Kane, East Suburban and Amy Bair, Shadyside, with $2 million each.
The sales unit leader was Deborah Kane, East Suburban, with 13, followed by Denise Lewandowski, Kiski Valley, nine; Mary Ann Moats, New Castle and Verna McCarl, Grove City, eight, and Debbie Smithula, Murrysville, 7.5.
Roz Neiman, Shadyside, was the top listing volume agent with $8 million, followed by Betty Moraca, Sewickley with $6.6 million, Trudy Ward, Fox Chapel, $3.9 million; Judy Ostrosky, Fox Chapel, $3.2 million; and Marie Pace, Shadyside, $2.6 million.
The listing unit leader was Justin Cummings, Shadyside, with 11, followed by Janet Landfried, Greenville, 10; and Roz Neiman, Shadyside, Milo Hindman, McKeesport and Doris Yantos, Beaver, all with nine.
Prudential Preferred Realty has announced its top agents for July: Sharon Fincham, Peters, led in sales units with five and Bev McQuone and Susie Reuter, Sewickley, were the leaders in sales volume with $3 million.
The top agents in listing units and volume were Kathy Hall and Betsy Wotherspoon, North Hills, with 16 worth $3.5 million.
Scott Ludwick, Greensburg, was first in listing units sold with nine. Linda Honeywill, North Hills, led in listing volume with $3 million.
Leading in new construction for listings units was Kathy Steigerwald, North Hills, with 3.5 units, and Cathy Taylor, Cranberry, in listing sold units with two.
Northwood Realty Services announced its top performing sales and listing agents for July. Jeff Earley, Upper St. Clair, was the top agent for units sold and sales volume with 13 worth $2.1 million. Sandy Gurgovits, Hermitage, led in listing units and volume with 12 worth $3.3 million.
Other top performers: Dale McKinley, Hidden Valley, nine listings worth $2.1 million; Nancy Evans, North Hills, 10 sales totaling $2 million; Gail Carpenter, Cranberry, six sales totaling $1.5 million; Staci Rullo, Penn Hills, 11 listings worth $1.4 million; Linda Thrower, Sarver, two sales totaling $1.3 million; and Joyce Hutterer, Sarver, five sales totaling $1.2 million.
